I HAVE NOW REACHED 32,000 WORDS IN THE DEAL! WOOHOO!!!! Sorry, had to share that :D
I actually do have an issue. I am writing book 2 of my series. In the book I want a military police person to solve a serial criminal. I'm just not good at writing solving clues. I don't want it to be simplistic, but I don't want it to be like Holmes, who walks in a room and sees the clues. Any ideas?
Okay I want there to be a book about a group of feral cats who fall prey to trap-neuter-release, and when they're released and they realize they live longer they believe they have become immortal until one day one of them dies...and all heck breaks loose among them.
But I don't want to write this myself haha
I have to admit to being perplexed at the quantity of fantasy on Inkitt. Perhaps it's a generational thing, but could someone please try to explain to me what the fascination is in this genre of fiction. Is it purely world building or is it something more prosaic like not having to do so much research?
Loose a job, late on rent, landowner kicks your ass, rip some nice jeans, be too broke to pay for your mother’s surgery, and then end the day with dying…. Now the fun begins….
Need help organizing this teaser a little so it reads easier, any suggestions will help :D

I'm relatively new to Inkitt and am wondering how people are finding feedback. I have quite a lot of stuff on Inkitt, with a commensurate number of read, have given around 40 (lengthy) reviews and received only a handful back. Is this par for the course?
Only a few copies left of each book, the links are below. It would be amazing to receive some feedback on them, I am so excited to start the next in each trilogy!
